Riverbend Mental Health Center has assisted me alleviate troublesome symptoms of my mental illness by teaching me to incorporate coping strategies into my daily life. Attending treatment has helped improve my self-concept which helps me succeed in social interactions.
 
Art is self-expression and is extremely cathartic. I enjoy sketching and coloring in adult coloring books. Art produces a creative flow of energy for me. I love art because it increases my creativity.
