I have faced many obstacles in my life including my mental illness and diabetes. I have had to make several changes in my life in order to be healthy. Something that I have overcome is moving out of a group home and living independently with my daughter. I like having my freedom.
I began doing art when I started attending day treatment at Riverbend. It is a way for me to relive stress and relax. I really like to draw, color, and paint.
