I am 34 years old. I have Bipolar disorder. Some obstacles I have faced are being not included in childhood experiences and as an adult I had to deal with the stigma of being mentally ill. With the help of medication and the wonderful people at JBS, I have become more independent and able to function in society. I became an artist because I have always wanted to paint. There are many artists in my family and with the help of Ms. Mary Rembert I have been able to accomplish one of my dreams
