My name is Regina and I have suffered from a mental illness the last two years. My diagnosis is schizophrenia. Riverbend has helped me with my coping skills and how to handle my anger. I am able to think clearly on my own now. I have learned to take my medications on time as needed. I owe it all to God who has brought me through all the struggles in my life. I love doing art, specifically drawing and coloring. It is a great coping skill that helps me calm my mind.
