My mental illness is schizophrenia. I have had this disability for a long time. I have had too many things happen to me because of my disability. I take medication which helps me. I am more independent than I was four years ago. I am becoming more self-efficient. I am self-taught when it comes to being an artist. I have not been trained to be an artist. But I like to do artwork. I think that it is fun to draw, color and paint. I think that I am a very good artist. I do good artwork.
