Forest Cliff
I live with bipolar disorder. At times I deal with frequent mood swings and energy fluctuations. There have been times where it has impaired my judgment and sapped my motivation. I have been blessed with family and friends who believe in me and encouraged me. Today, I have my own apartment and a puppy. I am able to work again. I still deal with periods where I get low, but I have learned to be around encouraging people during these times.
I have enjoyed dabbling in art for many years. For the last couple years, I have been taking art lessons at the 1920 Club. They have helped me grow as an artist and given me an appreciation for new forms of art. Art has become a way to express my emotions and calm down when they get too intense.
