Happiness
I was five years old when I was diagnosed with Bi-Polar disorder. I entered ADS after banging my head against the wall and getting mad for no reason. This is a sequel to my first painting. It tells how I found happiness through all of the pain. Learning how to cope with my triggers has helped me walk through the door of recovery. I attend the Center of Hope and my teachers at ADS help me by teaching me how to cope with my illness. My therapist helps me with everyday living. She has helped me with things like the Capitol Showcase to get out and use my voice and meet people. The art that I do helps get out my feelings and have a productive way of showing my feelings. It helps me to put my feelings into a piece of art and have it appreciated. It calms me down and it reduced my anger and calms down my ADHD.
