My illness started at nineteen years old. My diagnosis was ADHD and Bi-Polar. I started ADS and began to have a schedule. Going to the Center of Hope has helped my having friends and learning to control; my triggers. Art helps me calm down and express my feelings. My picture is expressing me on the road to recovery. It says I am happy by the sun showing. The house shows where I live. Thank you for sharing my art.
