I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder in 2003 and have been attending Riverbend ever since. I have learned coping skills, the importance of taking medications, and developed a strong support system with friends and peers.
 
Art helps to relax me a lot. I enjoy participating in this every year and showing people with mental illness what I can do.
