My mental illness is schizoaffective disorder. I've had 9 children, 12 girlfriends, one wife of 21 years, and numerous jobs, about 23 to be close. I've had to overcome my illness for a known 30 years. I've had to overcome losing my wife after 21 years. She passed away at 72. I wasn't prepared for it and became paranoid and delirious after her passing. I thought people were trying to track me down and I lost my train of thinking never expected it to happen after so long but I didn't take my medications regularly and lost track of my life.
 
I took drafting, mechanical engineering, architecture, and art in college. I studied comic books, cartoons, and impressionism during my youth. I was interested in studying Monet, Rembrandt, Norman Rockwell, etc. I enjoy it and wish I could get a career in cartooning. I have a comic strip I created in high school, and I still work on it every night, called "Tacky Rat." I enjoy cartooning more than art, per say, but when I do art I like to etch indoor scenes with people which look like cartoons, or caricatures. I hope you enjoy my art as much as I like doing it.
