I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. I have received treatment for many years, learning coping skills and how to incorporate positive thinking skills. I have learned at Riverbend how to cope with my illness and what to do when I have a manic episode.
 
I love art because it helps me to express how I feel on paper. My dream place painting puts me in my favorite place and helps me to relax.
