Obstacles I have faced during my illness are depression, homelessness, and a lot of misunderstanding.
 
I became more independent around 10 years ago. I take medication, go to the mental health and friendship club which has helped. I get social security and got my own apartment.
 
I am a self-taught artist. It’s relaxing and I love to see the finished product.
