I feel Riverbend is a fine Mental Health program. It has helped me to feel better about myself and stick to my goals. I appreciate the staff and the interaction I have been able to participate in while being here. I feel I put in a lot of hard work.
 
I enjoy music and art. I love picture looking at picture and on occasion drawing pictures of my own. I am not very talented at drawing, painting, or coloring but put effort into it anyways. I enjoy photos that elicit an emotional response within me. I enjoy looking at the art other people create such as my favorite painter, Monet. I use art as a coping skill most of the time and I feel it helps to strengthen my emotional control.
