My name is Gregory Joel Sanderson. My diagnosis is schizoaffective disorder. I am a recovering addict and alcoholic who self-medicated my depression. I used from age 15 until the age of 22. When I discovered other options and better coping skills, I quit my stint of using drugs. I am 35 years old now. I have overcome anxiety to some extent. We all have anxieties and depression in life. It has occurred to me for several years to not use drugs and to take the right psychiatric medications possible. Through spirituality, the Holy Trinity has helped my illness. Likewise, listening to counseling, home schooling, about my illness, and socializing with great peer recover has offered convalescence.
