My illness began 2009. I have Schizophrenia and Bi-Polar. I was seeing things, fighting and heard people talking about me. I enjoy doing art. It makes me feel calm and happy. When I started to ADS I became med compliant and I made friends and began to get alone with people. The Center of Hope has helped me by being around people and handling my triggers.
